The client envisioned a sleek and compelling design for an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) that would generate supplemental income. In response, the design team presented a range of space-optimized options for the smaller area. Through an iterative design process, two distinct, sleek, and functional versions emerged, which fully satisfied the client’s objectives.

The architectural approach emphasizes spatial planning and seamlessly integrates elements to create spacious environments that promote a sense of openness. Large windows and high ceilings are incorporated to inspire and elevate the daily experience of the occupants, resulting in a bright and airy space
